We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and highly driven Key Accounts Manager to build and manage relationships high-value customers across Hyderabad.
The Role
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone with solid personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with decision-makers.
The person will be responsible for acquiring key accounts, developing existing relationships, driving sales and representing the Hege brand professionally in the Hyderabad market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire high-value accounts
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.




Understand each customer’s requirements and create suitable commercial proposals.
Negotiate pricing, volumes, margins and commercial terms.
Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, meetings, negotiation, onboarding and repeat business.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts.
Ensure excellent servicing and relationship management for existing key accounts.
Track sales targets, collections, account profitability and growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries, billing, customer service and issue resolution.
Represent Hege at industry events, networking opportunities and customer meetings.
Continuously identify opportunities to increase Hege’s visibility and presence in Hyderabad’s premium hospitality and lifestyle ecosystem.
What We Are Looking ForCommunication & Personality
Excellent spoken and written English.
Telugu and Hindi will be an advantage.
