We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (US Recruitment) with 3-6 years of experience in US staffing and technical recruitment.
Key Requirements:
Experience recruiting for Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
Strong understanding of US work authorization (H1B, USC, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
Experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Excellent communication, screening, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in US shifts.
