Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 4–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication and interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
Manage day-to-day HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, attendance, leave, personnel files, and all HR documentation.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary revisions, employee benefits, and statutory compliance requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
Handle employee queries, grievances, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, SOPs, and internal communication initiatives.
Manage HR documentation, probation confirmations, performance appraisals, PIPs, exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, understanding manpower requirements and coordinating with department heads on hiring priorities.
