Job Description
As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of our electrical and digital systems solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and key accounts in the Delhi NCR region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical industry, focusing on B2B and government projects.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance our sales strategies.
Represent NEDS at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our brand and products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the electrical industry.
Solid knowledge of B2B sales processes and experience in government project sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
