Sr. Services Program Manager – Enablement Delivery (P2)
Role Overview
The Services Enablement Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Customer Experience onboarding and role-based enablement programs. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are delivered effectively, operationally sound, and aligned to business objectives.
Candidates must be fluent in English and able to support collaboration with US-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Enablement Program Delivery
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of onboarding, role-based enablement, and learning initiatives.
Manage training schedules, learner rosters, facilitator assignments, communications, materials, and delivery logistics.
Partner with instructional designers, facilitators, SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure program readiness and successful execution.
Support multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously while managing competing priorities.
Program Operations & Stakeholder Management
Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Provide regular status updates, metrics, and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
Serve as a primary point of contact for program coordination and learner support.
Facilitate meetings, follow-up activities, and stakeholder communications to drive alignme
