JOB PURPOSE
To lead the category’s brand and marketing strategy in alignment with the overall business vision — driving category growth, brand equity, and profitability. The role builds unified market presence and delivers revenue, margin, and share gains through effective product strategy, innovation roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration. It provides strategic direction across product, pricing, and communication while enabling executional excellence and future-ready team capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Category & Brand Leadership
Lead brand and marketing strategy aligned with business vision and long-term growth objectives.
Define brand architecture, innovation roadmap, pricing, and positioning to strengthen market competitiveness.
Build and manage annual marketing and product budgets, ensuring ROI, governance, and compliance.
Strategic Planning & GTM Execution
Oversee go-to-market (GTM) plans, campaign strategy, and marketing calendar across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.




Translate category and business strategy into actionable activation plans that drive consumer engagement and sales.
Align closely with Sales, SCM, R&D;, Service, and Finance teams for end-to-end execution and seamless market delivery.
Product Portfolio & Financial Management
Design and manage the product mix, channel mix, and pricing strategy to optimize gross margins and category performance.
Review performance against key financial and business metrics; identify interventions to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Drive portfolio benchmarking and competitive analysis to sustain leadership in differentiated products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Capability Building
Collaborate with R&D; for current product development, product upgrades, and technical enhancements.
Partner with Quality and Service to improve product experience and consumer satisfaction.
Coach and mentor the team to build future-ready marketing and analytical capabilities.
