Company Description
Trove is a fast-growing premium tile brand with 14+ Experience Centers across Bengaluru — and we are now building our in-house marketing team for the first time. This is not a role where you join an existing team and fit into a process. You are the first Marketing Manager at Trove, which means you set the direction, build the playbook, and own the outcomes.
You will lead a team of three — a Performance Marketing & SEO Executive, a Videographer, and a Graphic Designer — and be directly responsible for how Trove shows up digitally: on social media, on Google, in paid ads, in content, and in the minds of architects, designers, homeowners, and contractors who are looking for premium surfaces in Bengaluru.

Role Description
1. Google Ads — Search, Display & YouTube
Plan, set up,



and manage Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — with a transparent focus on lead generation and showroom footfall across Trove’s Experience Centers.
Own keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategy, and landing page alignment — every element of a campaign that determines whether it performs or wastes budget.
Monitor campaign performance daily — CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead — and make optimization decisions based on data, not assumptions.
Run A/B tests on ad copies, audiences, and landing pages consistently — always working to bring down cost per lead and bring up conversion quality.
2. Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram
Execute Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram — setting up ad sets, audiences, creatives, and budgets aligned with the strategy set by the Digital Marketing Manager.
