We’re looking for an accomplished Manager of Software Development to lead a high-performing team in our Commissions, the mission-critical platform that powers compensation for all selling channels across the company, and Timekeeping & Scheduling (UKG Dimensions) domain.
In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful execution of initiatives across backend database applications as well as Java, Varicent, SAP, and UKG vendor platforms.
