Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes. This full-time, in office role is based in Mumbai and requires close collaboration with leadership and business teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. The role also involves designing training and development programs, supporting workforce planning and succession initiatives, maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data, and driving a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong HR operations and compliance skills, including experience in HR policy development, labor law adherence, and statutory HR requirements.
