We’re looking for a experienced, confident and highly communicative Academic Counsellor to join a UK-based EdTech/tech company.

This role is ideal for someone who is excellent at speaking with students/parents, understanding their requirements, counselling them on the right programs, and converting genuine leads into enrollments.

What we’re looking for:

* Excellent spoken & written English communication
* Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
* Good understanding of sales, lead conversion & follow-ups
* Prior experience in academic counselling / admissions / EdTech / inside sales will be a major advantage
* Confident, target-oriented and qualified approach
* Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with students/parents
