Delivery Manager - Data & AI Managed Services

We are seeking a high-impact Delivery Manager - Data & AI Managed Services to lead strategic enterprise engagements focused on contemporary data platforms, AI enablement, analytics transformation, and business value realization. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise, consulting leadership, operational excellence, innovation mindset, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery and operational management of enterprise Data & AI managed services engagements.
Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, business stakeholders, and technology leadership teams.
Drive strategic roadmaps for data modernization, AI enablement, analytics transformation, and operational optimization.
Build and scale high-performing global delivery teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore models.
Own delivery governance including KPIs, SLAs, financial management, risk mitigation, escalations, staffing, and client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, innovation,



and value-added services.
Partner with client stakeholders to define and prioritize data products, business capabilities, and AI-driven use cases.
Drive proactive consulting conversations around modernization, automation, data quality, governance, semantic models, and AI adoption.
Lead architecture and solution discussions for modern cloud data platforms.
Establish engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, accelerators, automation patterns, and operational excellence models.
Mentor technical leads and other team members while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, architecture, and executive leadership teams on proposals, estimations, solutioning, and strategic pursuits.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise data engineering, analytics, or data platform delivery.
