We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our Delhi team and guide students in choosing the right course based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.

*Key Responsibilities*
Counsel students and parents about CA, CS, CMA, ACCA, CFA, US CPA, US CMA, CIA, EA, and other professional courses.
Understand students' academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
Explain course structure, eligibility, preparation options, fees, and admission process.
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.




Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
Address academic and admission-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams.
Ensure a professional and positive counselling experience for every student.

*Requirements*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
Positive follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Confident in communicating with students and parents.
Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable career paths.
Prior experience in academic counselling, education sales, admissions, inside sales, or tele-counselling will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
