Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in West Delhi. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and develop strategic partnerships to grow the company’s events and activations portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering client pitches, negotiating contracts,



and collaborating with the operations and creative teams to align proposals with client needs. The role also involves tracking market trends, managing a sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and representing the company at meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills.
Candidates should have experience in account management, negotiation, and pipeline management.
Candidates should demonstrate skills in communication, presentation, and interpersonal collaboration.
Candidates should be proficient in basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and reporting.
Relevant experience in events, activations, or the broader marketing and services industry is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in West Delhi, manage multiple projects, and meet revenue and performance targets.
