About the Role

Sera Neon is looking for an experienced Oracle ORC/Talent Management Cloud Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. The consultant will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on Oracle HCM experience who can independently understand business requirements, translate them into system solutions, and work directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead or support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and system requirements.
Configure Oracle HCM modules based on customer requirements.
Work across modules such as:
Core HR / Global HR
Absence Management
Time and Labor
Payroll

Learning
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and solution-design discussions with customers.
Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Troubleshoot HCM configuration, data, workflow, security, and integration-related issues.
Work with technical consultants on HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP integrations, and reports.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and perform impact assessments.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing HCM processes.
Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Oracle ORC/ Oracle HCM Cloud.
Strong functional knowledge in Core HR / Global HR with hands-on exp
