Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for an Outbound Calling Executive based in the Pune Division. The Outbound Calling Executive will make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing B2B customers to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support various lead generation and marketing campaigns.



Responsibilities include understanding client offerings, following call scripts while personalizing conversations, capturing accurate customer information, and updating CRM or call logs in a timely manner. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, meeting daily and weekly calling and conversion targets, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in every interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to explain concepts confidently and concisely.
