Senior Fashion Advisor – Minizmo | Delhi NCR

Minizmo – Made to Measure Menswear is looking for a Senior Fashion Advisor to join our growing retail team across Delhi NCR.

We are looking for a polished, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, good spoken English, and experience in premium/luxury retail or fashion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and build relationships with premium clients.
Understand customer preferences and provide personalised styling advice.
Guide clients through fabrics, designs, fits and made-to-measure options.
Achieve individual sales and business targets.
Develop repeat business and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure a premium and personalised customer experience.
Coordinate with the store and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in fashion, premium retail, luxury retail,



menswear,or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
Well-groomed, confident and professional personality.
Passion for fashion, styling and menswear.
Ability to interact comfortably with premium clientele.
Candidates from premium/luxury retail backgrounds will be preferred.
