Role Description The On-Site Technical Manager is a full time role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing technical operations and support during events that use the Facepass platform. This role includes managing on-site technical setup,



monitoring facial recognition and access control systems, and ensuring smooth integration with ticketing and CRM solutions. The On-Site Technical Manager will coordinate with event organizers, internal teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and maintain high reliability and security standards. Day-to-day activities include supervising technical staff, managing project timelines for event deployments, conducting technical assessments, and contributing feedback to product and R&D; teams for continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on presence at event locations, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication with stakeholders.
