About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently own social media for multiple brands, lead the thinking behind content, and work closely with creative, copy and account teams to deliver work that stands out.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end social media strategy for assigned brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Build monthly content calendars, campaign concepts and social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Translate client briefs into sharp, platform-first content ideas and creative directions.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, video/motion teams and account managers to take ideas from concept to execution.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, cultural moments and platform updates to identify opportunities for brands.
Lead social media campaigns, launches, topical content and always-on communication.




Review content before publishing to ensure brand consistency, quality and platform relevance.
Track performance metrics and prepare actionable insights around engagement, reach, growth and content performance.
Present social media strategies, ideas and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve content performance rather than simply reporting numbers.
Manage timelines, approvals and deliverables across multiple accounts simultaneously.

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital/creative agency.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; knowledge of emerging platforms is a plus.
Excellent understanding of content strategy, social media trends and platform behaviour.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
