We are seeking a skilled Senior Lead Software Engineer ,Bangalore having 6+ yrs of experience.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and/or Go.
Build services for metadata management, data classification, data discovery, and data lineage.
Develop automated data pipelines and platform integrations across streaming platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses.
Implement RBAC/ABAC and fine-grained access-control mechanisms.
Develop policy-driven automation for data access, compliance, and governance.
Build APIs and self-service capabilities for data discovery and governance.
Integrate data quality and observability signals into governance systems.
Build automated workflows for auditability, compliance,



and access management.
Work with distributed systems and event-driven architectures such as Kafka.
Ensure services are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.
Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and data teams.
Participate in system design, development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
