Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced GCP Administrator / GCP Lead / GCP Architect with robust hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform administration, infrastructure, security, networking, and cloud operations. The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of GCP administration and the ability to lead and guide a team working on GCP infrastructure and cloud resources.

This is not primarily a DevOps role. The client is specifically looking for a professional with deep, practical experience in GCP administration and cloud infrastructure management, along with the ability to drive technical teams and ensure reliable, secure, and compliant GCP operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage GCP infrastructure administration and operations across enterprise environments.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams working with GCP resources.




Design, implement, configure, and manage GCP infrastructure based on business and technical requirements.
Administer and troubleshoot Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, networking, and related GCP services.
Define and enforce GCP infrastructure, security, access control, and operational best practices.
Manage GCP environments, projects, organizations, folders, service accounts, and resource hierarchy.
Work closely with application, infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to resolve GCP-related issues.
Monitor cloud environments and proactively identify performance, availability, capacity, and security issues.
Support cloud security, compliance, governance, and audit requirements within the GCP environment.
Use Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
