Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 senior engineers across AI, Salesforce, and full-stack development




Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions — including backend, API design, and system design — for EDMO's product portfolio
Own and evolve backend architecture using Node.js / NestJS and front-end solutions in React or Angular
Define and implement telemetry, observability, and monitoring standards (logging, tracing, alerting) across services
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence
Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical delivery timelines
Collaborate closely with product management and design teams
Guide technical hiring and team scaling decisions
Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards
Lead technical discussions with university clients and stakeholders
Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and development methodologies
