Civil Litigation

Drafting & Pleadings
Court Appearances
Legal Research & Case Strategy
Arbitration / Dispute Resolution
Key Responsibilities
The selected advocate will be responsible for independently handling litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and applications, conducting legal research, appearing before courts and tribunals, coordinating with clients and seniors, and assisting in developing litigation strategy.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a committed and professionally driven advocate with:
✓ 3–5 years of post-enrolment experience
✓ Strong litigation and court-handling skills
✓ Excellent drafting and legal research abilities
✓ Good knowledge of applicable procedural and substantive laws
✓ Ability to independently handle matters and meet deadlines
✓ Solid communication and client-management skills
✓ Professional integrity and a result-oriented approach
