Key Responsibilities
Design & build a 60–120 minute delivery network in the region, including last-mile delivery stations, dark stores/micro-fulfillment centers, and delivery teams.
Lead & coach Team Leaders and Operations Executives to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction with On-Time Delivery as the north star metric.
Use strong business judgment to communicate team goals, drive execution, and manage a quick-paced, high-volume quick commerce operation.
Achieve operational excellence by setting up scalable processes and driving continuous improvements.
Implement roster planning schedules & monitoring systems to ensure real-time fulfillment of customer orders within 60–120 mins.
Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies, ensuring rapid order turnaround and seamless customer experience.
Understand & fulfill client requirements related to quick commerce logistics operations.
Manage cash handling for COD orders and ensure timely reconciliation with the finance team; continuously improve payments-related processes.
Success will be measured by ability to scale quick commerce delivery while improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Actively drive adoption of best practices across all operational functions.
