We are looking for a Regional Training & Capability Manager to drive training, capability building and performance improvement across Pilgrim’s Offline business in the East region.
The role will be responsible for training planning and execution, field coaching, OJT, product/category and selling capability, assessments, new-hire training and digital learning adoption. The role will work closely with Business Heads, Regional Teams and the central L&D; team to identify capability gaps and deliver effective learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Planning & Execution
Own and manage the regional training calendar.
Plan and deliver classroom and virtual training programs.
Ensure timely and planned training coverage across business formats.
Coordinate with Business Heads and regional teams for training requirements and execution.
Support new-hire training and onboarding programs.
2. Field Coaching & On-the-Job Training
Conduct structured OJT and regular market/store visits.
Coach BAs and TSOs on product knowledge, selling skills, customer interaction and execution.
Identify capability gaps through field observation.
Design and deliver targeted on-the-job interventions.
3. Product, Category & Selling Capability
Deliver product, category and new-launch training.
Build solid product storytelling and product demonstration capabilities.
Develop selling skills including customer discovery, questioning, need identification and objection handling.
Ensure teams effectively translate product knowledge into customer conversations and sales.
4. Assessment & Training Effectiveness
Conduct post-training assessments, knowledge checks and certifications.
Analyse assessment results and identify knowledge gaps.
Recommend corrective training interventions.
Track learning and capability improvement post-training.
5. LMS & Digital Learning
Drive adoption of Pilgrim Beauty Academy / MAssist.
Ensure assigned employees complete mandatory learning modules.
