Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Basic interdisciplinary knowledge (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
Developing models according to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client requirements.
Ensuring compliance with company standards, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Create and update 3D parametric BIM models.
Extract drawings, sections, schedules, and assist quantity surveyors and project teams by extracting quantities from the BIM model.
Inputting and managing asset data, specifications, and parameters.
Maintaining object libraries and family components.
Updating project databases with accurate information.
Ensuring consistency between model data and project documents.
Support clash detection and issue resolution processes.
Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and execution plans.
Coordinate with engineers and leads for design accuracy.
