Careerbloc is a fast-scaling edutech & career acceleration platform empowering fresh graduates and early-career professionals across India with industry-aligned upskilling, job readiness programs, and direct employer connects. We’re building the next-generation talent pipeline for tech, sales, and operations roles — partnering with 500+ employers to bridge the skills gap and drive scalable hiring outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

Prospect and engage with colleges, training institutes, and student communities across target regions to drive student enrollments.
Conduct campus presentations, career fairs, and employer webinars to position Careerbloc’s programs as the #1 pathway to job readiness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, student councils, and faculty to ensure consistent pipeline generation.
Convert warm leads into enrollments by guiding students through course selection, payment, and onboarding.
Track daily activities, pipeline health, and conversion metrics using CRM tools (e.g., Freshsales, Zoho CRM).




Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine messaging, create localized collaterals, and boost engagement across student touchpoints.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Freshers welcome — no prior experience required
Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal + written)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Basic proficiency in CRM tools or Google Workspace
Ability to travel locally and manage on-ground college outreach
High ownership mindset and resilience to handle rejection

Preferred

Previous internship or campus ambassador experience
Familiarity with edtech, placement drives, or student recruitment
Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, or WhatsApp for outreach
