Role: Structural Design Engineering Manager
Location: L&T; Headquarters, Chennai (Manapakkam)
Responsibilities

Structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings.
Design RCC and steel structures using ETABS, PROTECTED, and STAAD.Pro .
Prepare calculations, reports, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with IS codes and international standards.
Support project execution and design optimization.
Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards.
Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues.
Requirements

7 – 15 years of experience in high-rise building design.
Hands-on expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro .
Strong knowledge of IS codes and international practices.
Experience in handling large projects.
