Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Mentor to join our mentoring team and support learners in developing practical, industry-relevant digital marketing capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong professional background in Digital Marketing along with demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or teaching Digital Marketing. The role requires an individual who can effectively translate industry knowledge into structured learning experiences and provide practical guidance through real-world examples, projects, and case studies.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging training sessions covering core and advanced Digital Marketing concepts.
Mentor learners throughout their learning journey and provide guidance based on individual learning needs.
Develop and deliver practical, industry-oriented learning activities, assignments, and projects.
Provide hands-on guidance across areas including SEO, SEM/PPC,



Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Digital Analytics.
Demonstrate the practical application of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
Guide learners in developing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Evaluate learner assignments and projects and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Explain industry practices, campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
Share relevant industry insights, current market trends, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Support learners in developing practical portfolios and job-ready skills.
Maintain an interactive and professional learning setting during mentoring sessions.
Continuously update training methodologies and learning materials in line with evolving industry standards and platform updates.
