Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, scripting, and integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday/HRIS or ERP/ERM systems and be based in Bangalore.

Key Skills & Requirements

10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and technical implementation.
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect, with expertise in designing scalable enterprise solutions.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, data structures, and platform architecture.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including business rules, script includes, client scripts, and related platform scripting.




Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods and technologies, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Experience designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS platforms such as Workday and/or ERP/ERM systems.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security, and data exchange.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, architecture standards, and integration frameworks.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and integration teams.
