Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst – Flex Scheduling to configure, support, and enhance Production Scheduling and HR systems. The role will primarily focus on plant shift scheduling, Time & Attendance, HR processes, integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have solid functional expertise in scheduling applications, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support global HR systems, processes, data, and technology initiatives, with a primary focus on plant shift scheduling.
Perform day-to-day operational support and ensure system health, stability, and sustainability.
Configure, troubleshoot, and support scheduling solutions, integrations, and related HR applications.




Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Analyze business pain points, identify process improvements, and recommend technology solutions.
Support projects through discovery, planning, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Develop test scenarios/scripts, execute testing, support UAT, and ensure solution quality.
Analyze data, processes, and system configurations to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Work with internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
Communicate system and process changes effectively to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
Stay informed about emerging HR technology and scheduling solutions and recommend opportunities for improvement.
