MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 5 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor
management.

* 5 years of experience using analytics or project management tools to solve
business issues.
* Experience working in shared services, captives, or managing
multi-vendor/Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
* Experience monitoring supplier performance metrics, tracking KPIs and SLA
adherence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Expertise in financial modeling, cost/spend analysis, and contract lifecycle
optimization.
* Experience in engineering operations and vendor management.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills with experience
resolving conflicts.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process maturity
and continuous improvements.

* Own and manage relationships with key GTE vendor service providers. Oversee
service delivery performance to ensure high-quality output and successful
customer outcomes. Lead regular vendor performance and business reviews,
including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews
(MBRs).
