Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-ownership Growth Manager – Special Projects to drive growth and revenue across strategic new initiatives. The role will initially focus on scaling Pilates revenue and driving B2C ticket sales for events, with the opportunity to take on additional high-impact business projects.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong analytical thinking,



commercial acumen and the ability to independently take an initiative from identifying the chance to building the strategy, executing with multiple teams and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Pilates Revenue Planning & Delivery
Own revenue and growth targets for the Pilates business.
Drive subscription growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase.
Identify the highest-potential customer segments, demand opportunities, and growth levers.
Develop pricing, packaging, offers, communication, and acquisition strategies to drive revenue.
Work with relevant teams to execute initiatives, diagnose performance gaps and course-correct when required.
2. B2C Events & Ticket Sales
Own ticket-sales revenue and sell-through targets for events.
Build the end-to-end ticket-sales funnel, from demand generation and audience targeting to conversion and repeat participation where relevant.
