DEMETOS is a growing snacking brand focused on millet & lentil-based, baked and protein-rich snacks, created for consumers looking for better everyday snacking options.
We are now looking beyond traditional retail and are looking for someone who can discover new opportunities, build partnerships and convert ideas into actual business.

Business Development Executive – FMCG
? Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
? Salary: ₹25,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives
?‍? Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry
? Your Mission
Your primary responsibility will be:
Find where DEMETOS should be sold next — and make it happen.
You will be expected to identify, develop and execute current and unconventional revenue channels for DEMETOS.
? Key Responsibilities




Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue channels for DEMETOS.
Explore unconventional channels beyond traditional retail.
Identify and approach potential partners, decision-makers and businesses.
Develop partnerships with corporates, hotels, gyms, travel companies, coworking spaces, institutions, sports academies, events, automobile dealerships, wellness businesses and other emerging channels.
Develop concepts such as corporate snack programs, subscriptions, travel snack programs, wellness boxes, gifting programs and strategic partnerships.
Generate leads, conduct meetings, pitch proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Convert opportunities into pilot projects, recurring orders and long-term partnerships.
Take complete ownership from idea → prospecting → meeting → proposal → closing → execution.
Track the performance of new channels and identify which opportunities should be scaled
