Role Description The BDM HORECA role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Delhi Area, focused on driving business growth within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new HORECA clients, managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts,



and negotiating contracts and pricing to support sustainable sales growth. The role involves presenting product offerings, conducting tastings or demonstrations, and educating partners about the health benefits and brand values of Toyo Kombucha. The BDM will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries, effective promotional activities, and strong brand visibility in the HORECA channel. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, along with visiting client locations, will be integral to this position.
Qualifications
Experience in business development or sales within the beverage, FMCG, or hospitality sector, especially in the HORECA channel.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and account management skills, with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.
