Position Summary:
Logistics and Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales and commercial operations, including invoicing, export documentation, and logistics coordination. The role ensures compliance with export processes, effective dispatch planning, and accurate reporting (MIS/BOM)
to support smooth and timely order execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for invoicing and documentation of domestic and export sales
Handle all export-related formalities and compliance
Negotiate with forwarders for export freight
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and generate MIS reports
Plan, implement, and oversee logistics operations including transportation
Ensure proper packaging of dispatch materials
Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, and LR copies
Manage courier operations and coordination
Desired Characteristics:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
3–6 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or export documentation
Knowledge of export procedures and documentation
Experience with invoicing, e-way bills, and logistics coordination
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
