About the Role
Newton School of Technology is looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Director to lead marketing video content for our Pune & Sonipat campus.
The role involves directing scripted videos, podcasts, interviews, reels, and impromptu content, while working closely with students, faculty, and the marketing team.




Key Responsibilities
Direct and execute marketing content from concept to shoot.
Only candidates who know how to shoot as well must apply. Should know how to operate a gimbal.
Develop and direct scripted, unscripted, podcast, interview, and student-centric content.
Actively interact with students and identify potential stories and content opportunities on campus.
Stay connected with cross-functional teams to remain aware of student achievements, campus events, activities, and upcoming initiatives that can translate into content.
Understand a content brief thoroughly and identify the creative, technical, and production requirements needed to execute it.
Ensuring the team has proper log sheets, timestamps, Shot breakdown and the treatment of video to align with the editor.
Guide students, presenters, and talent during shoots.
