Job Role – Formwork Front Line Supervisor (FLS)

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day formwork activities for high-rise residential projects, ensuring planned activities are completed as per schedule.
Guide and monitor workmen/subcontractors involved in Mivan/Aluform erection, alignment, fixing, shifting and dismantling.
Ensure formwork is executed as per approved drawings, construction sequence, quality standards, dimensional requirements and safety procedures.
Monitor manpower deployment, workmen productivity and floor cycle targets to achieve planned construction milestones.
Coordinate closely with reinforcement, MEP and civil teams to ensure proper sequencing and avoid clashes, delays and rework.
Check proper line, level,



dimensions and alignment of formwork before concreting and coordinate for necessary inspections.
Ensure proper handling, cleaning, maintenance, identification and stacking of formwork materials for efficient reuse.
Support the Formwork Engineer in daily planning, material requirements, progress tracking, measurements and reporting.
Identify site-level constraints and execution issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Ensure adherence to site EHS requirements, housekeeping practices and secure working procedures by all workmen under supervision.
