Role Description The Branch Sales Manager – Prime LAP will lead and manage the Loan Against Property (LAP) sales function for the branch, focusing on Prime segment customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.



Day-to-day responsibilities include driving branch sales targets, developing and implementing local sales strategies, and managing a team of sales officers to ensure high-quality customer acquisition. The role involves sourcing and evaluating LAP leads, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and intermediaries, and ensuring adherence to credit, risk, and compliance guidelines. The Branch Sales Manager will monitor portfolio health, track market trends, prepare regular performance reports, and collaborate closely with credit, operations, and collections teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Robust sales and business development capabilities, including experience in retail lending, Loan Against Property, or related secured products.
