Role Description
The Head of Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading and expanding Fittingo Interior India LLP’s sales operations across domestic and international markets. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies,



setting revenue targets, and monitoring performance to achieve business growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, architects, designers, and builders, and identifying new business opportunities and channels. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team, provide coaching and guidance, coordinate with marketing and operations, and ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management. The role also includes analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including experience in driving revenue growth and managing full sales cycles.
Proficiency in Account Management, with a track record of building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
