Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Multi-Tower Solutions Architect to lead the design and architecture of large-scale IT transformation programs across multiple technology domains.
This is a senior strategic solutioning role requiring a strong blend of enterprise architecture, consulting, pre-sales, and customer engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience designing integrated solutions spanning Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Security, and Datacenter services, while leveraging modern automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to enable predictive, proactive, and autonomous operations.
The role requires close collaboration with sales, delivery, technology partners,



and customer stakeholders to develop creative, outcome-driven solutions aligned with business transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end solution architecture and transformation programs spanning Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Security, and Datacenter domains.
Design scalable and integrated solutions that align with customer business and technology objectives.
Translate complex business requirements into architecture blueprints, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
Define architecture standards, interoperability frameworks, governance models, and integration patterns across multiple technology towers.
Develop future-ready architectures that enable operational efficiency, resilience, automation, and business agility.
