About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive who can hunt, consult and close.
You will be responsible for the complete B2B sales cycle — prospecting → lead generation → qualification → client meetings → pitching → proposals → negotiation → follow-up → deal closure.
This is a revenue-focused role for someone who takes ownership of building their own pipeline rather than waiting for leads.

Key Responsibilities




Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email, referrals, networking and market research.
Identify and qualify potential clients across startups, SMEs, local businesses and established companies.
Connect with founders, business owners, marketing heads and decision-makers.
Understand client business challenges and recommend relevant branding, marketing and digital solutions.
Conduct 3–4 client meetings per week, including field meetings across Bengaluru.
Prepare and present proposals, handle objections and negotiate commercials.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and drive opportunities towards closure.
Manage leads, opportunities and sales pipeline through CRM.
Build relationships through networking events, startup communities, business associations, partnerships and referrals.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover after closure.
