Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sourcing Executive role based in Gurgaon.



The Sourcing Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and components. The role involves maintaining vendor relationships, monitoring supplier performance, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, engineering, and quality to align sourcing with business requirements. The Sourcing Executive will also support cost optimization initiatives, track market trends for key commodities, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant standards. Regular reporting on sourcing metrics, purchase orders, and inventory-related inputs will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
