Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Support role based in Noida. The Customer Support professional will handle inbound queries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, assisting customers with product information, order status, returns, and payment-related questions. The role includes resolving issues promptly, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed.



The individual will collaborate with operations and technical teams to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the website or orders. Maintaining high customer satisfaction, following support procedures, and providing feedback on recurring issues to improve processes are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on resolving queries efficiently and courteously.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, active listening, and empathy in customer interactions.
Ability to provide basic Technical Support related to website use, order placement, and account access.
Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, identify patterns, and suggest practical solutions.
Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi or additional regional languages is an advantage.
Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred but not mandatory.
