Influencer & UGC Marketing Executive

Apni Things is a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand focused on practical and innovative products for Indian households.
We are expanding our influencer and UGC marketing efforts to produce more high-quality content for our performance marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of influencer outreach, creator relationships, and UGC production.

Responsibilities
• Research and identify relevant influencers and UGC creators on Instagram and other platforms
• Reach out to 40–60+ creators daily through Instagram, WhatsApp and email
• Negotiate collaboration fees, deliverables, timelines and usage rights
• Manage influencer collaborations from initial outreach to final content delivery
• Coordinate product dispatch, creative briefs, scripts, references and revisions
• Build and maintain a database of influencers and UGC creators
• Identify recent creators, content formats, hooks and creative angles
• Research competitor content, trending Reels and UGC formats




• Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
• Work closely with the Creative and Performance Marketing teams to produce ad-ready content
• Track creator responses, collaboration costs, content delivery and performance
• Continuously improve the influencer outreach and UGC production process

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, social media marketing, creator management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form video content
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to identify good creators based on content quality, audience and engagement
• Organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
• Proactive, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
• Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands
• Experience sourcing UGC specifically for Meta Ad
