Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Draughtsman with 6–9 years of hands-on experience in preparing detailed MEP drawings for commercial, warehouse, industrial, retail, or infrastructure projects.
The candidate should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and a valuable understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting. The role will involve preparing accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, as-built drawings,



and revisions in coordination with engineers, consultants, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, working drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop layouts and detailed drawings for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
Interpret engineering designs, specifications, BOQs, and technical drawings.
Coordinate drawings with MEP Engineers, consultants, architects, and site execution teams.
Incorporate site conditions, design changes, and engineer/consultant comments into drawings.
Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and documentation.
Assist the project team with quantity take-offs and BOQ-related drawings/documentation, wherever required.
