Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director with 5+ years of
experience in the advertising industry who has worked extensively on Automobile
brands. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with exceptional visual storytelling
abilities and a strong understanding of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print,
and video.
You should be passionate about design, stay ahead of emerging creative trends, and be
highly proficient in leveraging AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, design
execution, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the visual direction and execution of campaigns from concept to final
delivery.
• Develop compelling creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns across
digital, social media, print, outdoor, films, and experiential platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Account Management,
Strategy,



Motion Designers, and Production teams.
• Create visually impactful campaigns that align with client objectives and brand
guidelines.
• Mentor and guide Junior Designers and Visualisers while maintaining high
creative standards.
• Present concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure creative consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated with global design trends, advertising innovations, and emerging
technologies.
• Incorporate AI-powered workflows to improve creative exploration, speed, and
quality.
• Coordinate with photographers, illustrators, videographers, editors, and
production partners whenever required.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Visualiser in an Advertising
Agency.
• Solid portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across digital and offline
