Role Overview
Client iis seeking to hire a full time leader for the Indian subsidiary after contract, with an immediate focus on maintaining compliance and general management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Indian Governance & Compliance:
Oversee regulatory adherence, including legal, labor, and corporate governance.
Mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.
Financial Oversight:
Manage budgeting and reporting.
Manage, improve, and report financial KPIs.
Talent Management:
Support workforce planning.
Support talent acquisition.
Support Learning & Development and identify training needs to develop skills based on market demands.
Support performance management.
Service Delivery & Operations:
Track and ensure compliance with service delivery policies, processes, and standards.
Manage resources, ensuring services are delivered within budget and resources are used effectively.
