As an FSP Manager, you will be a key member of the FSP team, supporting one of our global pharmaceutical clients. As a primary point of contact between Phastar and the client, you will provide a client-centric service that focuses on satisfying FSP client staffing and account oversight needs. You will need significant hands-on programming experience, particularly with R.
This role is full-time and fully-remote. The successful candidate may be based in India.

Qualifications
Bachelors within Computer Science, Mathematics or a Science related discipline
SAS Programming Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience managing and mentoring a team of programmers
Good awareness of clinical trial issues, design, and implementation
Experience of regulatory submissions and associated industry guidance
Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of SDTM and ADaM CDISC standards
MSc or above within Computer Science, Mathematics or a Science related discipline is advantageous
Customer facing experience and capability - either from study-level operational relationships (for example, being a study lead) or commercial interactions is advantageous
Recruitment process experience is advantageous
