Role Description The Sales, Partnerships & Business Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Rudra’s client base and service footprint. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing partners,



collaborating with internal teams to tailor proposals, and providing training or guidance to clients and junior team members on service adoption. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular in-person meetings and coordination with the wider business development team.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to achieve targets, close deals, and support overall revenue growth.
Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide team members, support onboarding, and enhance sales processes.
Familiarity with digital media, branding, or consulting services; understanding of AI-driven or data-informed marketing solutions is an advantage.
