We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and passionate Performance Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience.

If you know how to stretch ad budgets, optimize conversion funnels, and turn cold traffic into passionate donors, volunteers, and corporate partners—we want you on our team.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Your primary goal will be managing digital paid acquisition channels to drive fundraising campaigns, crowd-sourcing initiatives, and program awareness.
Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Grants), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube.




Funnel Optimization: Continuously test and refine landing pages, ad creatives, hooks, and donation flows to maximize conversion rates and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Data & Analytics: Monitor daily and weekly performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and custom dash panels. If a campaign is underperforming, you spot it first.
A/B Testing: Actively experiment with ad copy, imagery, video lengths, and audience targeting to discover what resonates best with Indian and global donors.
Collaborative Creatives: Work alongside our graphic designers and content team to script high-impact video hooks, copy, and visual assets based on actual performance data.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (agency or brand-side experience is welcome; NGO experience is a massive bonus).
Platform Expertise: Solid understanding of Meta
